Considering UT's law program is ranked 14th and Harvard's is ranked 2nd, no it is definitely not easier to get into Harvard. The general admissions process into the undergraduate program is a completely different thing from the law applications.

Roughly 80% of a law school decision is your GPA plus LSAT score. There are plenty of forums around the internet that will play the "this is my LSAT and GPA, what are my chances of getting into___" game with you. I recommend starting there.
