My grandfather used to do this with his dentures when I was young. One time he did it at Thanksgiving. My grandmother on the other side of the family, who was sitting at the far end of the table from where my grandfather was sitting, had taken out her own dentures to eat some cranberry sauce. I guess she liked the feel of it on her gums or something.

Anyway, she had cataracts and was all but totally blind, so she never saw the arrow coming. Hit her square in the forehead, which caused her to scream. Or, it caused her to open her mouth anyway. The scream never came, because while her mouth was open, it provided a perfect landing zone for the dentures coming swiftly behind. They landed right in her mouth, having done a 180 in the air, and fit her perfectly. She chewed through the string that attached them to the arrow, and refused to give them back to my grandfather, who went home toothless.
