Sorry you're not going to convince me, I agree they may be more durable than certain brands of PC but this Macbook Pro is still $2,059.99 at the end of it's life cycle (new macs next month) - I could buy two similar spec'd PC laptops for that price (or buy one now and one later when there is new tech).

Well after a phone call to the insurance company I find out that they had my hire date incorrect... so they thought I enrolled after my enrollment period, thus the 12 month wait period.

I was hired as a temp several months before I was hired full-time, so by mistake they had my temp hire date listed.

They should be able to get it corrected and that extra $ can stay safely in my savings account. Phew.
