Yes I already finished all of them and also did the boss rush to get the shield. Also talked to everyone like ten times but nothing changes. It definitely does not allow me to continue no matter what I do. Maybe a sidequest screwed it up because I did a number of them in between the three dragons.

The scene to the next boss in the Faron Province won't trigger, I think it had something to do with the seed I planted for the Lanayru dragon because Groose is supposed to trigger the scene but instead just marvels at the tree that grew. I even tried using floating cheats to skip the boss but those didn't work out so well.

Unfortunately this is a known glitch as I discovered when searching around a bit more. The scene will not trigger no matter what I do, and it's supposed to trigger right when I step into the sealed grounds. Here is a video of it (not mine) that I found and other links discussing it.

I tried removing the seed but there's no option to, and tried hitting the seal thing with no luck. Maybe I'll try to use a float code or something to get over the wall to faron woods and skip the boss completely...

Do you remember when it actually triggered? Was it right when you teleported to the sealed grounds?

Unfortunately she just says "Searching after the three dragons, are you? I seem to recall a dragon who lived in the far reaches of the desert...", even though I already talked to that dragon...
