In my case the head of my penis hadn't been exposed to anything but the inside of my foreskin for years (my whole childhood). So once it was exposed it was super sensitive to everything. When they cut the foreskin off, they cut around the base of the head and then stitched the rest to the "shaft" (for want of a better term). It changes the dynamics of masturbation/sex completely. I found even 6 to 12 months after the operation that masturbation/sex ended with my penis being quite tender and sore, basically from the skin pulling on bits it had never been pulled on before.

tl;dr: It took him 2-3 years before he got used to it.

Unless you have a valid medical reason (severe phimosis), I wouldn't do it. (I'm uncircumcised btw... and I feel fine)

Unless there's a real medical reason for doing this, I would strongly advise against it. It won't attract women, it won't ward off evil spirits, and it won't get you into Heaven. All you're doing is going through unnecessary, painful and potentially dangerous surgery to make your penis shorter. And possibly less sensitive, depending on who you ask.

I had an adult circumcision, as a "final solution" to phimosis, after stretching & creams didn't help.

Firstly, until it's fully healed (give it a month), erections are the worst things in the world. Truly agonizing.

Secondly, you will lose sensitivity. Sex will likely be less fun (although, yes, blood blisters and small tears are not fun. You get the point).

well, I'm thinking about it because my foreskin is tight sometimes — especially when I get an erection; I can't pull it all the way back. and other times it gets chaffed and cracked and shit — it's painful. when i travel to dry, sandy climates (like israel) it was a disaster.

If you wanna lose up to 70%ish sensation in your dick, sure go for it. But if you truly are going to do this. You better check into the one performing the act. I'm not kidding when I say you should ask to see their portfolio. You would ask that of a tattoo artist, and they're just putting ink in your skin. You're looking to get your dick partially cut off.

I do have to ask "WHY?" It's not like we still live in caves. We today live with indoor plumbing. So keeping your Junk from becoming a Stunk isn't an issue. Unless of course your just lazy and are giving in to the bad quality trait. Or are you planning to convert or marry someone of the jewish faith?

I was circumcised at age 19 voluntarily. I do not regret it one bit. I was circumcised because i had a cyst in my ball that was due to be removed and i thought i might as well get circumcised at the same time because the foreskin was very tight and was restricting growth. My dick has actually grown wider since. I recommend it completely.

There will be some scarring due to the age at which you are having it done, but if you get a good surgeon and don't masturbate or have sex for the recommended time then they should heal without scars. But i have a slight stitching scar that runs around my dick which is more visible when it is not erect. But no big deal and it looks way better than it did before imo.

I designed circlamps. I know more about them than doctors.

1) A strong reason to keep your onion-ring is for latter in life sexual romps with your old lady. Your man rod slides in and out of your foreskin protecting your old lady dry hole from becoming chafed.

2) The foreskin increases your pleasure for sexual intercourse. When the foreskin is removed, your man gland dries out and you loose a major portion of what makes sex feel good.

3) If you read about how removing your foreskin helps reduce your chances of getting aids, and think that is a valid argument, then you are a complete dumb ass and deserve to have your foreskin removed.

4) Most if not all doctors don't know a damn thing about plastic surgery, that's what we're talking about. So they make major mistakes often. Typically they remove way to much onion-ring and your boner is restricted from expanding to it's full potential, and or pleasure is reduced as it hurts.

Not only will you loose feeling in the end of it you risk severe nerve damage that may make your entire penis completely void of any feeling. On the flip side of the coin you also run the risk of having excuciating uncurable (except by amoutation) pain for the rest of your life.

On top of this also if you ever hook up with a girl she will never call up her friends to come join it...

Your penis will loose about 3 inches in length over the next few years.

All children that you bear will be handicapped and require a high level of care.

you may become homeless.
